Exactly that he will not find everything, because some parts of the comic are out of print. The publisher is doing reprints, but before the demand for one is covered, the other is running out ...
Did any of them have? ;)
Even trained people would not do headshots while driving the car on uneven surfaces. :-P
As for ammunition - sometimes you can see that the heroes run out.
If it were not for the divine efficiency, the heroes would never have escaped from the farm with such a flood of zombies and low personal losses. ;)
If you haven't noticed it yet, chatting is one of the foundations of this series. Please note how much space the creators devote to interpersonal contacts and showing their reactions to various events.

2. They must have "softened" skull bones from decay or something like that.

Their skeletons are soft, but they tear apart a man's stomach with their paws? : roll:

If they are so soft that a folding knife sticks to the hilt of their skulls, they should break their fingers when trying to tear the living apart, and lose their teeth trying to bite something. Cheap claptrap and advertising of zombie gadgets.

Apparently their head goes bad the fastest. ;) Other elements last longer. :-P

The belly of a human, especially a person of this type of Dale, is soft, and zombies have increased strength, it seems, at least some of them, and also sharp claws ...;)

Do you expect realism from "The Walking Dead"? : shock: Take me not to make me laugh or I'll burst open.

It's more about a logic - of course, the series may follow its own logic, but everything has to fit together. Zombies with weak skeletons will not suddenly start climbing.
And in computer games, it's not easy to hit a moving target in the head when you're stationary yourself. Unless you turn on bullet time, but that's another logic that gives the protagonist a head start.

It's just that there is very little logic from the very beginning, so just clinging to the soft skulls or the force that allows you to tear the grandfather's tummy is a criticism of small things compared to the much greater inflection and other wonders with which this production is full of.
Every time you take one path, you must live with the memory of the other: of a life left unchosen.

It's just that the creators are inconsistent. They try to realistically show people's lives in the event of such an epidemic, but it slowly turns into an ordinary chop like in RE with Milla Jovovich, where logic is bent to make it look effective. A group of civilians bang headshots from a car driving on a country road, with a handgun, at night ... Grandfather with a 7-pips shotgun, bangs like he had ammo codes. Rick and Shane cutting each other's paws and playing in close quarter combat with pocket knives. And that bent lady with a saber and zombies on a leash. But this is just an element compatible with the comic, unfortunately.

You have pressed against your grandfather's tummy, but they have torn more than one tummy.
Keep your face always toward the sunshine - and shadows will fall behind you.

Retiarius -> I propose to distinguish between two issues: quite realistic behavior of people in mutual contacts and effective killing the dead like in computer games.
They are consistent in each of them. In the second aspect, logic is a completely foreign thing, so since the creators have come so far "into raspberries", there is no point in limiting themselves in this regard, making it look cool. Some viewers complained that there were not enough dead bodies in the second season, that not much was happening, so they had to be done well. ;)
There were more zombies, and they had to be smashed faster, otherwise the heroes would not be able to withstand the onslaught of the hordes. Sure, you could put your asses in cars and screw around, but then nothing to do with emotions and effects ... Such a thing won't sell.
Courage does not always roar. Valor does not always shine.

Except for the fat man, who only received a shot in the chest (it is about the scene in the pub where Rick, Yolk and Hershel "meet" three newcomers from another "family"), so, according to the theory, he should turn into a zombie after death, and no reaction here ...: lol: As far as I remember, Rick didn't shoot him in the head (he was just trying on), because the corpse seemed perfectly dead and there was no resurrection.
We are all searching for someone whose demons play well with ours.

Pigeon Slayer -> Worse times have come, and Rick has finally stopped being a pussy. ;) Realizes that in such a moment a strong and determined leader is necessary, who will pull the rest with him, not a warm noodle. :-P
