The Magicians' Guild. Trudi Canavan.
Did anyone read?
What impressions? Worth buying? In what style is it written? The cover suggests that it should be stylistically "similar" to Lock Lamory-Lynch.
So far, I've only seen favourable reviews, but I've recently been buying a lot, so I'd like to make sure ...

It is very easy to read ...
In my opinion, there is no keynote s... some
conspiracy ... hmmm I don't know how to define it - this "something" is lacking

Uneven. Banal start (I barely got through). Then it's better but
the ending is also disappointing. Worth reading, but to be delighted?
In private, if I had to limit my purchases (luckily I don't have to), I would choose
"Daughter of the Bloody". More mature and better written - but also much more difficult
in receipt.

I have read all three parts and highly recommend it! from the book I couldn't
tear off and read with bated breath! I am already waiting for the next books by this author
book 100% worth reading

It's readable, but not particularly impressive. I did not read
one more last part, because I bought a new book from you instead
Canavan "The Priestess in White". If someone likes Black Magician then
He will also like the new series.

if you liked the Black Magician Trilogy, grab the Age of Five series
by the same author. Also good. Interestingly, perhaps the first time reading
a book, I cannot identify myself with the main character - Auraja. I prefer Emerahl.
And I am afraid that the author will not die in the next part, as she did in
TCM. That's how it is, first a good idea, then more and more new threads
and eventually some lead nowhere ...

I'm in the process right now - it's good for the bus, but nothing else.
Much worse than the Witcher saga (even the later ones, in my opinion, worse
volumes), better than Achaia. But most literature is better than Achaia,
to be honest, to this day I do not believe that I finished this trilogy.
You can borrow, it is not worth buying

Re: The Magicians' Guild. Trudi Canavan.
I've just finished reading ... From Mage's Apprentice to Grand Master. And I sincerely regret I'm done and envy those who have it in front of them.
I recommend and propose to read slowly with great imagination because it is really worth it.

a fantastic book, a plot run from the perspective of probably 3 characters, it is pleasant to read, it is not a fantasy in which for the first 5 chapters you have to focus hard to find yourself in that reality and not lose the character. Worth recommending. Unexpected ending, long remembered
