We know magic in Warhammer is unique. Therefore, I wonder if it is worth introducing some "inexplicable" events into the mission and proving that something magically happened?

it depends what it is supposed to be.

generally, players do not like "something unexplainable"

For example explaining something like this:
"People are sick because the river is poisoned. Probably some sorcerer has cursed it" ...

For me, it doesn't really go down my throat, but I'm curious what you think about it.

I will say this:
if it would be spoken by a simple (like flail) people, okay, they can blame this magic on virtually any person.
which does not mean that this is really the solution: they may as well get sick because there is an epidemic. but I can poison her (the river). or some cultists are taking a bath ....... or a dead whale lies in the river and rots ...

in general, the magic in WH seems to me to be something that could be more of a puffiness, a smokescreen, or a false lead for players ....

apart from WH. in such a situation, practically every player will try to figure out what is happening, why, what for and what he can get out of it ..... MG risks doing such actions

So:
- we know there is magic
- it is known that there are magicians
- it is known that they are crazy
- it is known that they disappear under mysterious circumstances
- it is known that magic cannot be completely controlled
- you know there are consequences

What the plebs think is not important. The important fact is that magic power is universal in the world. The Winds of Magic are powerful and difficult to control is another matter. Nevertheless, magic is common.
