I have all of the keyboards (5 sic!) as HID or PS / 2 - I fired all eHome,
nothing did: /

and as for the game itself:

I'm stuck with this condition:

maintenance level
(telep is not working)

I have a closed path to:
biological research department
military laboratory
(from the vantage point - requires a key)

inaccessible door to:
bridge

And a black ass. I went through the whole location again and again, I have no idea what to do next.
tilde if it did not work so does not work ...
are you doing it somehow especially?

Maybe you have a special keyboard layout / language?
I was already combining with English ...

Damn ...

edit:
okay, I already have a tilde, I fired all the additional keyboards, and it works ... now we'll see what to do next ...

tcl helped me get through that inaccessible door ... did you have a problem with that too?

Does this demo of this add-on / mod work for someone? Not me, and for the demo itself I don't want to think about it. Link in the description of the tessar.

Although it's still good that you have made up for it;) But why so late ?!

Because with Fallouts I have the fact that although I have played them all several times, I had problems with completing them. I always stopped somewhere like this towards the end. Once I mobilized and completed the last FT missions, now I have redone 1 (previously I had tasks in Necropolis, Cathedral and Base), now there are 2 in the workshop, then I will finish 3 and maybe I will start Vegas again.

And I press in "New Vegas" and I just picked up the sniper perk, so I go single criticals for myself. In two, I first did small guns up to 100%, and then developed almost exclusively energy weapons, to send Navarro to hell alone with 80% of the chance of being criticized (actually no feat, teammates only interfered, dying rather easily, and every appearance of Marcus stopped heart rate). Now, however, the rules have changed a bit: small and big guns are one thing, and the maximum indoor chance is around 50%. However, each stealth attack ends with a critical attack. So, modifying my strategy, I first hit 100% guns (while gently developing hiding) and now I'm going to energy weapons (while gently developing hiding). Briefly: I sneak and erase enemies from hiding. It's cool.

First, I walked through the wastelands with Boon and, with the combined force of sniper fire, we wreaked destruction like English archers in the 14th century. However, I decided that there was room for only one badass in a beret and black glasses on the team. Anyway, Boone is just boring, I changed him into a dyke Veronica, a more interesting character. And pretty good in combat (actually fucking good). At first I thought it was just a nerd inventor, but it turned out to be a killer boxer. Great tank.

As for the game itself - very cool, sometimes it touches the atmosphere of flat "Fallouts". Yet it is not the same. Not the same.

The sneaky sniper is the most crafted imba you can create. And you don't need an AT cannon, a hunting rifle with a scope // spell is enough

As for the characters, the coolest imo is Cas, an alcoholic with a shotgun (daughter know who)

Most Holy Truth. Although I definitely recommend the Marxman carbine. Nigga, Boone has the most atmospheric mission in F: NV. Although it is such a sweeper that you can forget how to shoot with it.

Only I played singles? Alone through the desert with a hunting rifle on his back and a revolver in case of a close encounter.
Comrades are terribly annoying, such a lama runs away because three rooms away is the enemy, he will fall somewhere later or in the worst case he will make a brothel. Companions are the worst thing for a sneaking sniper.
I took Boon with me only for his quest, Veronica to make some of the main quest more interesting and I dragged Cas to a dry lake, I drank a whiskey and shot her in the head. Generally only companions for quests, but otherwise horrible.

All in all, I felt like Old World Blues, an atmospheric addition.

Weronika does not seem to take this option into account at all. Several times she ran away into the crowd of enemies somewhere, and then it turned out that she was standing among the corpses (and I'm playing on the highest diff).

Although not as atmospheric as the flat "Fallouts", "New Vegas" is perhaps the most ambiguous part of the series. There is no quite good path here, no full paladin ending possible. There are dicks in every faction and immoral missions appear on every chosen path. Worst of all - you can't please everyone (House, Yes-Man, NCR, Legion), you can't even please two different factions. Playing for one team will almost certainly lead to a conflict with the others at some point.

Ad rem: Playing blackjack with luck at level 6, it was going like blood from my nose, so I spent all my cash on a luck implant and with 7 points I was able to empty every casino in half an hour. 8+ is probably just a game.
