I've finished the main plot, I don't feel like doing the rest of the side stories. I'm starting the game again, but this time with a cool mod pack: new animations, new dragons, new weapons, tweaked perks, increased difficulty, slower promotion, character texture changes.

I even have it on my mobile. Plus The Age of Aggression.

Some of the screams are clunky, I guess I'll still have to get back to Skyrim. No, these screams are totally imba: DD

This mod fits the atmosphere of the new Fallouts (I think there is, I've seen some gameplay on YT), don't let Skyrim. Especially since the TARDIS appeared completely officially in a special meeting in F1.

I have been playing Morrowind for a few days now, I have about 11 kevel but I can't understand how to get it? What does the multiplier depend on, what does it determine whether I will gain experience or not and how to make me gain levels for e.g. using magic?

and it wasn't like the more you use, the more experience you have in a given skill?

besides, there were teachers for $

A moment ago, in an insanely boring way, I increased the magic of transformation and healing from 25 to 31, but the experience level is still at 3/10
Is it because I chose the sign of the warrior? Or maybe because I have no magic in additional skills?
