You can also change it probably during the game. There is an option, but I didn't try to change.

Apparently most of the positive endings aren't available for offline play so the best that can happen is:

I had a much larger EMS, and nowhere is it stated whether or not the Earth survived. The endings were the same as others with more or less EMS. Maybe it will be important when importing a save to a new game with the mass effect brand in the title. In ME3, however, it does not matter as far as I know and what I have seen.

It matters. There are two videos:

1) Shepard defeats the Reapers and the People (you can see the soldiers fighting in London dying).
2) Shepard defeats the Reapers themselves (soldiers cheer over the lapped Reaper).
3) If the EMS is even higher, Shepard is alive

There are two options

1) BioWare has made a scam of the century and the right end will be for us in the DLC: badgrin:
2) BioWare is scared of the players' reaction and they tear the epic, proper ending and at the end they will say that they had it prepared in advance: badgrin:

I just sacrificed them. Damn, how pleased I am! A moment of satisfaction for all these difficulties, disbelief and the rude way of being in general.
Saren was like Orc's (although Shepard had tragic lyrics - maybe that's the reason?), The endgame was decently epic and allowed to forget about the monotony of side missions and driving around planets in this car. Level 50 pounded, so far I don't want to pass the second time.
Overall, they explained the Reapers nicely.
In a while I will reach for two.
Where do I put the save?

Sorry, Spell, multi slows me down (plus percentage of combat readiness). Did you know that measurable combat strength of 5000 unlocks new answers in the ending? (15 seconds of additional movie sequence). You can probably see it on yt. Progress report: I was just fucked by Kai Leng on my home planet Asari.
